CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
“Participation in the online activity SmartTalks within the Forbes Business Fest Bratislava 2025”
INCLUDING INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The companies:
(i) Seesame, s.r.o., with registered office at Mlynské nivy 48, 821 09 Bratislava – Ružinov, Company ID: 35 702 931, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III District Court, Section: Sro, File No.: 12143/B;
(ii) Touch4IT s.r.o., with registered office at Hany Meličkovej 5, 841 05 Bratislava, Company ID: 48 024 066, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III District Court, Section: Sro, File No.: 102430/B;
(iii) Striveonlab s.r.o., with registered office at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Company ID: 230 10 118, File No.: C 419908 maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague;
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Controllers”), as joint controllers of personal data, collect and process personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) of data subjects, and hereby provide information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (”GDPR”) and with regard to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts (“PDP Act”).
The table below outlines, depending on the relationship with the Controllers, the purposes of processing, categories of data subjects, legal basis for processing, categories of processed personal data, and the period for which the Controllers shall retain the personal data.
Consent for the following purposes:
- Processing of the data subject’s personal data in connection with participation in the online activity SmartTalks within the Forbes Business Fest Bratislava 2025;
- Processing of personal data for marketing purposes related to the Forbes Business Fest Bratislava 2025.
By ticking the respective boxes, you grant the Controllers your consent for the processing of personal data for the aforementioned purposes. The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, enabling the Controllers to process the data subject’s personal data to the extent of contact details (primarily email address), as well as other data necessary for achieving the processing purpose. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, otherwise it expires as indicated in the table below under “Processing Period.” Consent is given voluntarily, and the data subject acknowledges that withdrawal of consent can be made via the method described below for submitting access requests. Upon withdrawal, the Controllers will cease processing the data in compliance with applicable laws, but are not obliged to delete data processed under another legal basis or under an applicable legal exemption. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The Controllers process the following personal data electronically: name, email address, company name. Personal data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or this data processing policy. Personal data is not transferred to third countries (outside the EU/EEA).
If the legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract, provision of such data is a contractual requirement. Without providing the data, it is not possible to establish or fulfill a contractual relationship. Where the legal basis is compliance with legal obligations, provision of such data is a statutory requirement, and failure to provide it may result in the inability to comply with legal obligations of the Controllers.
